Welcome!  If you’re ready to increase your revenue opportunities, decrease your effort, and (finally!) create the practice you want for yourself,  then you are in the right place.  I am looking for a select group of like-minded financial advisers who share the common mission to “Amplify Your Fulfillment.”

Across the next 12 months this group’s specific focus — led by me — will be to deploy proven marketing methods and practice management support systems that will:

  • Systematically and predictably have high-value hyper-targeted clients you want to work with clamoring to work with you.
 (So you don’t have to feel pressured to work with people who don’t fit the bill, and you can feel confident that your business is sustainable).
  • Increase your revenue per client while simultaneously removing or shifting the part of your workload and business that’s unfulfilling and de-energizing. (So you can effectively “do less” while increasing your income and amplify your fulfillment.
  • Integrate your quest for professional achievement and entrepreneurial success with your desire to experience your whole life fully.  (so you know with confidence that you’re living your full potential as a business owner and leading an enriched, engaged life outside the office).

Now, I know you might have heard similar promises before from others in the past. I see all of the same marketing and sales pitches in our industry that you do.

So rather than trying to convince you of how we can do all of this, I think it’s best (and easiest) for both of us if …

That’s why I am hosting the Amplify Discovery Day in San Francisco on Thursday, March 8, 2018. This all day retreat from distractions will be your chance to work ON your business, and together we will develop your custom plan to create the practice you know is possible that will amplify your fulfillment.

Applications will be accepted through January 31, 2018.

Applications are reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.  You do not have to accept or attend if I invite you, but if you do not apply, you miss out completely on the opportunity!

Here’s what I want you to do next: 

  1. Make a refundable deposit of $1,500.  You can do that here.  This deposit is 100% refundable under all circumstances. It is simply to prevent time-wasters and show me that you are serious about creating the practice you know is possible for yourself.  You must submit a deposit before I will consider you.
  2. Complete a brief, confidential questionnaire.  Once you submit the order form with your deposit, you will land on a web page with a brief questionnaire.  Your application is complete once I receive your answers.
  3. Allow a few days for me to review your application.

I personally review your answers, and if I think we’re a fit, then I will contact you, and we’ll get you all of the details so you can plan your travel. We can help – and remember, the hotel is on me!

If I don’t think we’re a match, I will let you know and immediately return your deposit.


  • The workshop is on March 8th in downtown San Francisco and will be led by me.  We spend the whole day together – no charge to you for the day.  I will provide breakfast, coffee/tea and lunch for the day (afternoon espresso & treats, too!). If we decide at the end of the day to work together for the next 12 months, you will be invited to join me and the other advisors who continue in the program for dinner at a popular San Francisco restaurant (my treat, of course!).
  • I will host a “get to know you” dinner on Wednesday evening, the night before (the 7th) so we do not waste any time on introductions on Thursday at the workshop.  You need to get yourself to San Francisco.  My team will book a (nice) hotel room for you near the workshop location, and I will cover the cost for this room for the nights of March 7th and 8th, whether or not you continue working with me.  If you decide to stay for the 12-month AMPLIFY PROGRAM kick off on Friday, I will also pay for your hotel that night, March 9th.  If you do not stay, you will receive a return of your $1,500 deposit.  And, if you think the whole day was a waste of time, just tell me and I will pay you an additional $1,500 for your time (above and beyond your refund) and pay for your airfare.


  • Are an established Independent Financial Advisor who is a DO-ER, willing and able to execute the plan we devise for you.
  • Driven to help people & make money (and believe these concepts can coexist)
  • Already have happy clients who find value in your service
  • Average client value of at least $3,000 (or a willingness to adjust your prices if needed)
  • Have a list of ‘real’ prospects (who have volunteered their information) – do not need big list, just legit list
  • Willing to change or learn new technology if necessary
  • Willing to create and distribute content through a blog, podcast, or video on a weekly basis (working up to that if you’re not currently there).

I share the advanced online marketing strategies that you can choose from to take your practice to the next level. I help you decide what is right for you and we craft a custom plan to implement the strategies.

I share lead generation and automation examples so you can see exactly how to execute the strategies that fit for your goals.

I share with you the prospect and client experience techniques that increase conversion and deepen engagement. Together we’ll pick what improvements make sense for your custom plan.

I will also share the technology options that online marketers use to execute their campaigns and improve their systems, and we’ll decide which type of team members you’ll want next to support your growth.

  • 11:15am-12:30pm: Lead Generation Strategies and Prioritization
  • 12:30-1:45 pm: Lunch
  • 1:45-2:45pm: Conversion Process – More Leads to Consults
  • 2:45-3:45pm: Client Experience Strategies to Deepen the Relationship
  • 4:00-5:15pm: Team & Technology to Support Your Plan
  • 5:15-5:30pm: Wrap up

Based on what we cover during the Discovery Day, if you can see the value of us working together, then we discuss your investment in my 12-month AMPLIFY program.  The yearlong program is $25,000.

If you decide to invest in the program, WE BEGIN WORK IMMEDIATELY THE VERY NEXT DAY on March 9th.

  • Implementation and Planning starts promptly at 9:00am.
  • We work through until 6:00pm.
  • We meet two more times in person throughout the next 12 months, and we speak two times a month as a group.
  • I invite you to a private online group so you can share your current 30-day goal each month, and you can ask any questions to me and the group.
  • You have direct 1:1 access to me (within reason) as you need help or want feedback on your work as you implement.
