Binding Arbitration; Choice of Venue.  YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE OR CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR PRIVACY POLICY, THE SITE OR THE SERVICE, (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR VISIT TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR THE SERVICE) WILL BE SETTLED BY FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION.   Judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.  Any final decision or award from such arbitration shall be in writing and reasoned.  A single arbitrator shall be selected according to such rules within thirty (30) days of submission of the dispute to the American Arbitration Association. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.
