If you’re looking to hire a team member (even part-part-part time), use this real-world example as your guide to draft a job or service description.
If you want my help with deciding when, for what, and how to hire a team member or service provider, then join me in San Francisco in March. Application deadline is fast approaching for this limited-participation event. Click the button below to learn more about the complimentary Discovery Day workshop with me.
Hi! As a follow-up to the Amplify Your Fulfillment webinar, I found something I know you’ll find valuable. It’s the actual job description I posted on CraigsList to hire my part-time administrative assistant back in 2011! It helped me attract in the right kind of candidates, and lo and behold, the woman I hired (Sierra) still works with me today. I’m not saying that will happen for you, but it sure does ease your effort in finding the right person or service to support you when you are CLEAR from the get-go. Too many advisors just rush out and hire without outlining the responsibilities you want that person, team or service to handle for you.
You can download the example (push the Download button above!) and take the language that fits for you, get motivated to make your first team addition, or take that first step of outlining each of the efforts you currently do in your business and group together like responsibilities so you can see what type of tech or team you need to add first.
And, if you want my help with this or deciding what other “effort-reducing” and “revenue-generating” initiatives are the right ones for you, I invite you to apply to join me for the complimentary Amplify Discovery Day training in San Francisco on March 23rd.
